MLK Day honors the civil rights leader on the third Monday of January, designated a federal holidays and the only one as a National Day of Service encouraging Americans to volunteer and build Dr. King's "Beloved Community" through acts of kindness and community improvement, commemorating his life and legacy of fighting for racial equality and justice. Celebrations involve service projects, educational events, and reflection on King's work for peace and equality.
As we celebrate MLK Day we want to celebrate all of the multicultural donors, and donor families that make up our community.
