Step 1: Make Your Donation

Before you can apply to have your donation matched you need to make a donation!

Did you know you can make your donation even more impactful at no extra cost to you?

Many companies offer matching gift programs that allow you to amplify your donation and support our mission to raise awareness about organ donation. By participating, your gift can go twice as far in helping us educate communities, inspire donation conversations, and empower individuals on the transplant waitlist.

You can use the free tool below to see if your employer has a matching gift program and submit your donation information for a chance to have it matched.

Step 2: Search For Your Donor

Step 3: Submit a Request

If your employer does have a matching program, follow the steps to request a match.

Step 4: Kick Back & Feel Good

All your work is done, CKF will work with your employer to make your donation go further. We will reach out to confirm when we have received your donation match.

Employer Matching FAQs

  • Your personal donation is tax-deductible, but the matched donation made by your employer is not.

  • Absolutely there are lots of options from specific events, to our race teams, programs or general.

  • Reach out to your employer’s HR Department and follow the steps they provide. Let the CKF team know so we can work on getting them into the system.

  • This is determined by each company, and therefore, we suggest submitting your donation no matter the size, as they will determine.

  • Yes, each company sets a different timeline regarding how far in the past they will match. Many will do up to 1 year.
