Have your employer make a difference through a Living Donor Policy!

Companies can join the American Society of Transplantation’'s Living Donor Circle of Excellence and show their support for organ, eye, and tissue donation. Organizations and companies need only adopt a Living Donor Policy that agrees to pay a employee who opts to become a living donor a minumum 80% of their pay for 4 weeks. They then just simply need to complete the form below.
