Mary Daly

Mary moved to Aspen right out of college in 1985, and never looked back.  She has worked at many places in Aspen, starting as a ski instructor at Aspen Highlands in the mid-1980”s, cleaning the locker rooms at The Aspen Club (great way to get a membership as a broke ski bum), as well as at many restaurants in town over the past 4 decades. Mary has been employed at The Snowmass Club since 1992, and currently teaches yoga and cycling classes.

Mary’s true passion was teaching pre-school for many years in Aspen to the most wonderful children ever.  Watching a young mind learn and grow through pure fun and dedication has been her greatest achievement outside of raising her own 2 adult children John (34 years old) and Emily Flynn (29 years old).

Mary has been so fortunate to have made so many wonderful friends, and continue to meet new people every day.  She is always sharing her story to everyone she knows, as well as new acquaintances, about the journey of her husband living with kidney disease for close to 50 years, and the positive outcome we have achieved through Mary’s living organ donation.

Mary is honored to be part of CKF, and looks forward continuing the work of spreading the word.
